  • How much is shipping?  

AUSTRALIA:

$10 Standard parcel tracking delivery 3-8 business days

$15 Express Post with tracking delivery 1-3 business days

Orders over $100 : FREE

Pick up: FREE

INTERNATIONAL:

$25 Standard parcel tracking (1-3 items)

$38 Standard parcel tracking (4-7 items)

Orders over $200 : FREE

 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

IMPI Sportswear orders are usually dispatched SAME day or first business day after order is placed. See table below for postage times AFTER your order has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIA:

Free Shipping: 3-8 DAYS

Standard Shipping: 3-8 DAYS

Express Shipping: 1-3 DAYS

INTERNATIONAL:

Free Shipping: 10-20 DAYS

Standard Shipping: 10-20 DAYS

* Please note days are counted in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. 

 

  • Can I track my order?

YES! When your order is fulfilled you will be notified of your tracking number. You can track your parcel at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search . Please ensure your email address is correct so the information is directed correctly. Please also check your spam mails for missing tracking information before contacting us for further assistance.

 

  • Can I collect my order in person?

YES! Simply select local pick up at the checkout and you can collect your parcel in person on the following days and times:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 4:30pm

Saturday: 10am to 1:30pm

Excludes Public Holidays

  • What happens if I don't receive my order?

If the tracking on your order has had no movements or has been sent to or delivered to an incorrect area please contact us at hello@impisportswear.com.au and we will look into the matter immediately.

 

  • Can I combine shipping if I order more than once?

Once your order has been dispatched we cannot combine your orders. If your order has not been dispatched we will endeavour to combine the orders and refund one of the shipping charges.

 

  • What do I do if the incorrect item is sent to me?

If there is an error in the order you receive please contact us at hello@impisportswear.com.au and we will look into the matter immediately.

 

  • What if the items are faulty?

In the unlikely event your item is faulty please contact us at hello@impisportswear.com.au and we will look into the matter immediately.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

YES! We currently ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Chile, Singapore, Japan, UK, Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands & Switzerland. If you wish to place an order from a country not listed please email us at hello@impisportswear.com.au

 

  • Why am I being charged customs?

When purchasing with IMPI Sportswear please note that we only charge for transportation costs to your country. IMPI Sportswear cannot be held liable for any customs fees charged by your country's government upon importation of the goods. 

We advise you to research your governments customs & duties fees for importing good from outside your country before placing your order with IMPI Sportswear

If your order is returned to sender, it is at the discretion of IMPI Sportswear whether or not to offer a refund for the goods in question, however if there any customs fees or charges incurred in order to receive the order back into Australia, those fees will be deducted from the total refund issued after we receive the returned goods.

  • Can I cancel my order?

In order to cancel your order within a reasonable timeframe (<24hrs) please contact hello@impisportswear.com.au for a refund.

Please note we cannot cancel your order after it has been dispatched and you will have to arrange a change of mind to return to our warehouse after you receive your order. In this case you will only be offered a store credit or exchange.

 

  • What is your change of mind about the wrong fit exchange policy?

We understand that you might change your mind or the fit is not quite what you were hoping for. Please see our returns and refund policy here.

 

  • What is your return or refund policy on sales items?

Typically, we do not accept a change of mind or fit on sales items. Please see our returns and refund policy here.

 

  • Do you have a size chart?

YES! Please refer to our Girls Size Guide or our Boys Size Guide.

 

  • How do I become an IMPI ambassador?

Please refer to our ambassador page for information. We typically intake ambassadors at the start of each year, but we are always on the lookout for passionate athletes who embody IMPI's values.

 

  • Do you do bulk discounts?

YES! Please note discounts of 5-20% can be negotiated on bulk orders. (Sale items excluded).

 

  • Do you have Afterpay?

We sure do! Just follow the prompts when you get to checkout.

 

  • Do you have gift cards?

For ease of purpose our gift cards are electronic, this means the gift card will be emailed to the purchaser immediately after the online purchase. Please note a physical gift card will not be posted. You can find our gift cards here.

 

  • Do you restock items?

 We typically stay in stock of IMPI Essentials (although styles may vary) and if we have a design that is popular we will endeavour to restock for a second chance at purchasing the design.

 

  • Are your crops padded?

All our crops are constructed with padding pouches for you to insert your own pads but our crops are not supplied with the padding. You are able to purchase inserts on our website here.

 

  • Do you have a store? Where can we try on or look at your products?

We have recently opened our first Brisbane store in Milton!
